An internship experience is often the most effective way for rhetoric & communication studies students to tie their classroom education to the work world. With a wide range of internship opportunities, RHCS students are strongly encouraged to participate in at least one internship. The department’s internship coordinator, is available to assist students in choosing an appropriate internship.

Students who are interested in securing internships should visit Career Services for more information.

Students who are interested in paid opportunities through the department can visit the Student Employment Website for the RHCS job listings. Additionally, some students find work in the Speech Center as research assistants or speech fellows.
